Competition terms

byNORD continuously organise competitions on the brand platforms and websites. All competitions are offered by byNORD, Industrivej 29, 4730 Ikast, Denmark.

 byNORD’s competitions are not sponsored by, supported by, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.

Who can participate?
Our competitions are not conditioned by purchase. 

Everyone can participate in the competition. However, you can only enter once per competition. If byNORD discovers cheating it will result in exclusion from the competition in question as well as all future competitions.

byNORD reserves the right to ignore all entries supplied after the competition is completed.

byNORD employees and their households cannot participate in competitions.

 Personal data
When participating in the competition, you agree that byNORD are allowed to contact you, if you win. The winner must inform their full name, address, phone number and email in order to receive the prize.

 Your personal data will not be passed along. If you are asked to provide further information than those required to participate in the competition, these will be deleted when the competition is completed, and the prize has been handed over.

 By participating in the competition, you give byNORD consent to publish your name and/or profile name on the platforms of which the competition takes place.

Prizes
Unless otherwise stated, the winner of the competition will be found by drawing lots and announced in a post or on the competition feed and contacted directly on the platform where the competition takes place.

 If the winner of the competition does not reply to the request from byNORD within 7 days after the completion of the competition, byNORD reserves the right to draw a new winner.

 If the prize includes large products home delivery will be agreed upon. If it is not possible to deliver as agreed, the winner of the competition may be charged extra delivery costs.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or given to others. byNORD takes reservations that colour, size and patterns might deviate slightly from the competition image.
