At byNORD we strive to give you a perfectly calm bedroom setting where you can recharge after a long day at work. This is important to us and how we do it is quite a story.
The beginning
byNORD was founded in Copenhagen years back and was added to the Society of Lifestyle brand portfolio in 2021. Being part of Society of Lifestyle, byNORD is now more than ever focused on bringing a sense of calmness to every bedroom.
A complete experience
At byNORD we want to create a complete bedroom experience, without straying from the qualities that characterise us. This means that we make few, but carefully chosen products of high quality that still manage to cover the entire bedroom. Giving you everything that you need for a relaxed setting with a beautiful and coherent look.
Our inspiration
byNORD is deeply rooted in the Nordic nature that surrounds us. The tranquillity and roughness of the Nordics inspire our designs and colours every day. With this outset, we create aesthetic, calming designs that bring comfort and a welcoming luxury to your bedroom. When you unpack a product from byNORD, you unpack the calming colours of the forest, the ocean and the fields of the Nordics.
The techniques behind the comfort
To ensure that our bedding is as comfortable as possible, we use a variety of techniques. The bed linen is made from 100% organic and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified cotton. The cotton is woven in a tight percale weave with a high thread count. This gives the linen a crisp, cool and breathable feel that is great for a comfortable, recharging sleep. Furthermore, the bedding is put through an enzyme wash which adds both to the look of the bedding and to the soft feel of the fabric. To make sure that you get a long and uninterrupted sleep, the duvets have a tie knot closure and the pillows an overlap closure, so they stay in place and don’t interrupt your sleep.
